Timing
Most orders dispatch within one working day. Delivery typically follows within a few working days to major cities, longer to remote addresses.
Cost
Calculated at checkout. Cash on delivery may be available depending on your location, confirmed before dispatch.
How dates travel
Whole fruit ships in single-layer boxes with the moisture it left the farm with. In summer, dates soften in transit — this is the fruit behaving normally, not a fault. Refrigerate on arrival and it firms up again.
Returns
Food products cannot be returned once opened. If a box arrives damaged, crushed or fermented, photograph it and write to us as soon as you can and we will replace or refund it in full. We do not ask for the box back.
