Fruit of 40 grams and above — roughly double a commercial Medjool — picked by hand and graded at the farm gate on the day it comes off the palm.

Grade A is packed in a single layer so nothing is crushed in transit. Soft, low-fibre flesh with a deep caramel finish.

  • Grade A — 40 g and above

Store cool and dry. A white bloom of natural sugar may develop over time — this is not mould.
